Our Story

             Noi Thai Cuisine is expanding and bringing the beautiful vibe of authentic Thai food to a new location in Seattle, at Green Lake. Green Lake is one of Seattle’s most beloved parks, which brings a lot of pleasure to Seattleites. With its abundant nature and freshwater lake, a place where people enjoy outdoor activities with their family and friends. Noi Thai Cuisine aims to be a part of this idyllic landmark, to bring happiness and create memorable experiences within the community via our incredible Thai food. Our dishes are created and prepared by the Master of the Royal Thai Culinary Team from Thailand. Brought with care, to ensure that our guests enjoy the best experience in the tastes of Thailand.

 

           Noi Thai Cuisine is a daughter restaurant, following in the footsteps of its mother restaurant, Bai Tong Thai Restaurants, which began as a favorite stopover for Thai Airways crews at Sea-Tac airport. Noi Thai Cuisine was established by the new generation of the family whose focus is to upgrade Thai food experiences. To become a high-end restaurant that serves the best element of authentic Royal Thai cuisine, prepared by the exquisite method from distinguished Thai chefs. We want our guests to experience the same distinctive recipes that the Royal Thai family enjoy in Thailand.

Meet Sandy Burns

Director of Operation, Noi Thai Cuisine

          I am so very honored to be a part of the Noi Thai Family! Which includes the Bai Tong family.  I was fortunate enough to have been chosen for the General manager position back in February 2014, which was only about 4 months after the opening of the first Noi Thai Cuisine in Bend, Oregon!  What a great adventure for me with passion of restaurants that I have, I have had the opportunity to learn about Thai food and culture, truly an amazing experience this has been.
          Even though I don’t speak Thai, I understand our goal of serving amazing food, prepared by our dedicated Chefs from Thailand. 

          I am now semi-retired and have my dream job as Director of Operations for all Noi Thai Cuisines locations. I am looking forward to the opening of many more Noi locations throughout major cities in the U.S. I hope you will join us and enjoy a truly Thai experience at Noi.
